With over two decades of diverse experience in finance, administration, and small business operations, Jill brings a practical, hands-on approach to bookkeeping that’s grounded in real-world understanding.
Jill's journey began with a 7-year tenure at the State Bank, where she developed a strong foundation in financial services. After starting a family, she explored entrepreneurial ventures, including running a successful educational children’s toy business and managing a busy school canteen for over three years.
Jill returned to the workforce in part-time finance and administration roles for more than six years before launching her own bookkeeping business. For over 10 years, Jill worked across a wide range of industries including:

Jill transitioned from running her own business to joining the team at Dean Newbery which has allowed her to continue doing what she enjoys — supporting businesses with expert financial care whilst being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
